Though the body doesn't recognize it then really except as a general matter of habit having at this point began digesting itself. As the stomach shrinks in the process with nothing inside it and thus to digest, the acid meant for digesting the food gets over produced and starts to sour in the process.

Surely the matter's gone well beyond any sweet meats or actual treats, no matter how much the appetite's tempted, they'll still start to suffer. It's nausea then that you'll contend with along with the multitude of lesserous infernius in the digestive system region. Quite possibly, they'll react with some vomiting, though that's harder when the stomach's empty besides something of bile. For starting this person right off then it's best not to begin the note on a feast, besides their natural feeling at these measures then taken. Rather, you could always not tempt suspicions by bringing all sorts of nice things to eat regardless of how much you think it's needed of course.
