Most of All Visible
For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.
14But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
Hebrews 5:13-14, 6:1
I don't know about you, but I just love this picture shown here in the text. See is it not very much an expression of his power once again. The Lord it seems is a shelter for the storm and a time of help in very much trouble. So then it becomes that the milk drunk babe is appearing before us again. Is it not just as the junior expected to teach the senior very much rather of ought of the Lord. The senior though no matter the position in Christ very much rather has got a problem for instance. Imagine if you will the prodigal son, or if you will the son that was lost and now was found. He had an older brother too if you remembered him truly who came in from the fields. Was he not what you would call a senior at times being by far the eldest of the two that are mentioned. It seems by this point he really should be representing the Lord if not that of his Father in general and so also the house as unto the uttermost. In fact, if my brother had suddenly gone missing and was just now appearing I would be inclined to catch all sorts of feelings would not you and also quite possibly of hands in the bargain. I know some of you are thinking about now, 'them's fighting words' once again though when it comes to the glorious appearing how many of us rather would have treated Christ as the seniorest brother, that is to say not very well. So it follows that a misuse of the Word is very much also in order. Have we not said time and again how that the way we portray Christ is the way that we'll see him there in the end. I don't know about you but it seems to me that I have to mention a parable. I mean in all of that could it be that some of us are just getting in the way of the Lord. Though when the Word is misused time and again it is not as some always have said as unto him. Indeed, it follows then truly that the little children of John's day are allowed to run through the church at random creating very much damage. Here our Lord is without usery, though as accused by the man who had but his own talent to bring. Perhaps you too have only yourself of a sort. Better to bring that too on back to the Lord. He is better by far to all of us than any so far is he not my friends. Though we are not faulting the children any are we, for when it comes on down to it that is all any of us are really is children of the Great King regardless of age, position, rank, or whatever else you would consider a definitive rather. So it follows that the Lord without usery is found in the matter being subject instead to a far greater perspective than any so far, even that of his grace and his glory. Strong meat much rather is that the Lord being found in fashion as a man so appearing was subject to like passions such as we are yet without sin. With that in mind he humbled himself as even the servant of men and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. For that has our God highly exalted him and given him a name above every other whether in Heaven, on earth, or just to the uttermost. Perhaps it is a hard word to hear that the Lord in his glory would come of a virgin. Perhaps it's a hard word indeed to hear that all of our struggles with give way in light of his glory and even harder still to listen and do so of men. Though when it comes right on down to it, such is all any of us are truly is sons of the Savior above and still too as ones who would walk in his love. So then it follows that what if God's Son as the eldest borne and still yet the Son also of Man is wroth with his people as the youngest which have returned from out of the places they wandered off to and where they have been. It would be sinners in the hands of an angry God indeed as some ministers are ever so fond of declaring that our God would not suffer any back home again not even as children or as servants either which such they have been. Imagine having been told to spend the night as in that far country and of the pigpen. Thanks be to God though that he is the Father instead and as such is awfully good to his children no matter what you have heard, are expecting, or would otherwise rather. In fact, so good is our God not to dehydrate his children. Imagine if all the meat of the gospel as spiritual truths were all mixed up in a muddle. It would be a desert experience then much as the wanderings with none of the blessings of God come of it then. Still even there can our God keep you though he would not that you did such but only to trust your own lives as back to his grace and his glory that follows on after. Then too milk without meat produces some perpetual babes in the faith. So then it follows that only our God is both skillful and exercised to all the things you would put him to rather. How often has it been said to put not our God to the test. Yet in the desert wanderings that is just what had happened time and again as the Lord led them no knowing whither they went with his very strong hand. With water from the rock also and manna he fed them as just enough of what had been needful with that which was good for the soul. Only the meat though caused all sorts of problems and complications as not being skilful they couldn't at all either. For it would behoove all rather to be skillful and still get along with all of God's children. See, the principles of the doctrine are just that in the end much as the law was our schoolmaster which showed us our need for a Savior in light of his marvelous glory and grace. In that it all was a mighty pale shadow, of things appearing so as not yet quite visible. It may be though that in this life there is none of the perfection until you get to the end. But it follows after all Christ the most perfect instead who came to save us from all we would rather hope yet or to do still in his name. The foundations are just that of Christ the chief cornerstone on which everything laid the beginning the ending and all of it then towards the end. Notice that the faith is that of the ages being yet of Christ Jesus the Savior the Lord in his glory. might then we as our works be dead unto him but that is where faith comes in as something that's needful so that the house becomes visible being even so made up of the unseen or just that of the Lord. At this point, we have need of no other building save that for trusting in him truly and so also our refuge finding then and again. Until eternity rather, let us point the world on back unto him much Christ urged his church to repent lest they forget him again. Walking with him rather just like Enoch ensures then that none are so taken without him then in the end. Then shall the King answer, inasmch as you did so to the least of these my brethren you have done so even unto me.
