Middle Digestion

Stomach – the stomach contents are kept safely inside by means of a junction which while digestion is in progress remains closed at the moment. Only when the food is passing down through by peristaltic motions does the sphincter continue to open. Other signals that the body releases includes things like digestive juices in preparing to eat. Some say they're released on the sight, sounds, or smells of a meal. However, the actual release timing perhaps is something a little more personal. That is to say we don't actually know because it varies by the person considered. Though certainly, not having food when preparing digestion is about like the stomach preparing it's motions. One of two things will happen again in a few. Either the environment will remain very acidic for awhile which starts to eat at the sphincter becoming a regurgitant later or else you'll start feeling anywhere from nausea to a vague sense of unease. Certainly you'll need to eat something sooner or later to keep the stomach from digesting itself cause it's not just a saying of course. Without food it'll soon move on to other parts of the body as these get broken down by the cells to power the whole. Basically the stomach is the seat of the appetite and the mind the place of the will. Thus, you've got an emotional being driven by heart matters and such that very much needs to keep the appetite sated. Otherwise, the appetite can soon overpower the person. Without biomarkers indicating starvation in terms of scarcity and shortage as opposed to the whole, there's a few things to look for throughout the whole person.

Immediate – one or two meals

backs of shoulder bones will be visible from resting position. This also occurs in overly muscled beings as opposed to lacking definition then later.

Acute – the crisis is emergently happening and can be anywhere from a couple weeks to a month then in full of lacking meals and supplemental nutrition

bellies may be bloated from too much water consumption

ribs may be showing

Chronic – the shortage has been going on for quite some time perhaps lacking in nutrition or other forms of the needing

an hourglass shape may be made by the body

arms and legs grow extremely thin in the middle

the face can also grow hollow and pale

Recovery – food is starting to become more available and the scarcity lessens

bellies are the last things to happen which may be sunken in at first and then take shape again later

breaking of bones which only happens usually in legs and arms as unable to bear weight and demands on them as opposed to the energy that feel better is currently needing

All that's to say that if the appetite requires and it's currently available and within reason, there should be no means for starving a person. Certainly some cultures practice fasting on a regular basis as tradition has indicated though when modifications are made, it's probably not too dangerous still for the person. Examples of this include fasting during the daytime and then eating as evening and night sets on later. Not eating while sleeping is also another type of natural fasting. Should the appetite require it, it's pretty much not nice for the moment. Basically, that's due to the connection between a few lower regions that together cause pain in the system. Digestion occurs by churning the food and breaking it down into smaller units which of course are used by the body in full. On the whole, stomach emptying takes about one to two hours though processing times may be longer or shorter depending on gut health and strength of the system. Eating yogurt and dairy is one way of restoring balance there in the middle between the good bacteria and bad that look to flourish all throughout the digestion. Processing times may also be linked to upset if there's strong enough bugs in the system. Things like food poisoning and stuff that went bad is more than probable culprits. Other issues plaguing the region include ulceration pain usually due to intense worrying or overproduction of acid. The acid over time starts to eat at the walls creating other symptoms like bleeding that can show up in being expelled from the system in one of either directions. Certain foods are linked to increasing the stress on a person and also the situation if anything can be done for that then. Trigger foods include coffee, chocolate, tomato juice, lemons, and other things that are acidic in nature.
