Leadership
When looking at leadership, ther'es often a fine little line between what I usually happen to do as seen in the many discussions with you about things of the state and how they should possibly be were it not for what some have termed as a fate. Perhaps it's not fate then that defines the individual leadership moves but rather the slow gradual creep of time as something that moves on inexorable. That's to say there's very little preventing this process from occurring at first. Times change and with them the leaders as though some have died or grown old or there have passed on from the scene. There's a funny thing about it really that's affecting a lot more than you know but at first as all sorts of leaders involved from healthcare on down to the rest of those leading the flock from the fold. Sure I don't mean to call you and the rest of the people naught but a sheep, yet when it comes to the leadership that's what these are though in a manner to speak. There's being fed and led to the water and good places in life as though there never was a reason to actually care. When it comes to matters though of the healthcare organization nor yet other places where those in high places happen to sit, it seems there's seldom not really a reason mainly because these can't run themselves I suppose. What's the good of having a healthcare organization full of doctors and nurses and all sorts of other trained people, the matters of silos aside, when you can't say happen to manage at times to cover the additional needs of the building. At times I'm sure there's more than a few difficult situations that have arisen caused by some delicate issues or even those of a few much-needed innovations from one point now to the next. Perhaps too at times the silos have grown too much for the system and need a good culling or mending or cleaning to revise care from back out of the system. Surely then someone is needed to point out direction, someone high-up quite possibly or just someone in charge. You know half the time it's not really about the position to be filled though at times it's needing say when there's the movers and shakers of these that change with the times. The real heart of the issue though is the needing for care that's somehow grown intertwined with the fates. Much as it's flawed with all of it's issues, healthcare's a must, let's face it really which is why it's grown into such a big sort of business although expressed in the wrong way there at times. Along with it ideally are matters of life and of safety though this is a lot more relative and based largely on the ones that your're asking. Aside from that then are the issues of life such as food and shelter and the other much larger matters such as the getting of water. Besides all I've just happened to list, there's education apart from the system and now on to the matters of governing from a single centralized place though whether or not it's agreed on is anyone's guess.
It's these movements then that help to determine where in the system the leadership should be ending up really and it's termed that because it's a system or process of sorts. It's kind of hard to think of such a thing just reduced to a term but that's what some have done though perhaps all based on the needs of the people or rather their wants. Again though, it's not really the wants of the people but rather the power of the system that enables things like these to be going on after this fashion and way I would guess. Much as we discussed right from the start, there's the matters of difference from which was initial as said that of the bias which enabled me to end up keeping my position despite the fact of it being harmful to you. These things of this sort then that work to the favor are termed as the bias of organizations much as did a person only these are much more corporate or groupthink opinions. It's not that the leadership's form was good for you as was supposed from the start nor even that these had somehow been meant to ask for your view. Really these things weren't meant to be survivable but just enough really to allow the much larger group to still keep its' power. In discussing though the much larger place for the caregiving as it goes through a series of leadership changes is known simply as the passage of care. At first glance it may appear as though it covers the leaders smooth exit from the things affecting the much larger community. Though when looking at the regions of care from where the domains start it's the passage rather that 's working it's way around affecting the body. This is why in some systems the leaders are chosen from the heredity, meaning the line of the family, and some for their life though still others have opportunity to cut, run, and leave which is usually how these systemic biases end up keeping their opinions. Along with the bias so follows the power and tith it the position since these are considered to be capable of affecting some change. Though as you already know, the change unit starts with a single person's opinion and from there inspires a movement that spreads through the world. It's this passage then though that's sparking the change sort of opinions and with it is more than enough to do some good with the care it's been given.
In discussing the theories of leadership along with the place that these have been given, it's important to see there's no such thing as a single prevailing definition. To understand fully the world of leadership, you'll have to know about the different forms it could take nor am I simply talking about the whys and the wheres of how it initially happens. There's all sorts of leadership tools quite better known as the styles but we're rather far from the discussion of a popular celebrity by much the same name. Perhaps you haven't heard of him though except for his and it's fine if that's the sort of thing you'd much rather do. When approaching the subject of leadership and it's associated figures, you might notice all of them working together. That's what's known more popularly as shared governance amonst all the people though you'll not see it called that but rarely due to the more common conceptions. Usually in leadership, this only applies to a certain strata where the real power is shared by those at the top of the silos while the lower levels circulate down around near the bottom. This sort of governance is as these are mostly stratified due to the levels. While the medical staff personally have more contact down with the people, this means in full these have much more interpersonal leadership collected. This describes life between persons as those affecting the lives of those through whom the care flows though it may not at first be much of a difference due to the overwhelming effect. Some of the more intermediate styles are things like role effectiveness and systems models of thinking. The role effectiveness speaks to the importance of each one holding a position no matter where and how doing the job well only serves to promote more positive outcomes. At this time though, the systems models probably is a more accurate description of the issue due to the forces in play and issues at work which make the person down at the base the more important part of this whole interpersonal angle. From there, a strong leader should possess a good voice and much more importantly a say of some sort though that's not enough perhaps to affect the total level of care needed by those from whom the demand issues. If I'm to successfully do this, I'll also need a base from which to put my opinion as well as that on which the issue most truly results in anything needed from there.
