Finding Fault After
18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;
Genesis 3:18
My goodness gracious goodness me, the earth is starting to sound more and more like a reluctant mistress before leaving for a fight the next morning. You'll no doubt wonder how I know, when isn't it already made abundantly clear here in the text. In fact, there can be no doubts about it really. You know about how it goes or so on from there. The powers of the reapers in bringing division is moving on through with Christ at their lead, but wait, we've only just now stopped at Manassas of a a sorts and I can't wait to see if the Lord's got more up his sleeve in the planning or if it's just really me. The ground then as a sort of Manassas will do what it ought not or much rather wants, which is kind of strange really considering it's supposed to be man in the house not just somewhat of grounds. Consider also the earth taking shape in physical form almost as it would in having a body, which is more than a little strange of a sort since the herb also refers unto dust. It's more like what's been given in place of the meat or a nice tasty treat, but much rather something that's been good to eat though once dead of a sort and now lives in its place. I don't know about you, but man would almost need to reclaim his whole house just to get out from under the curse. Then too the ground will be possessed of sullen and stony disposition with thorns and some thistles as beauty though barren is found in the most unlikely of places and along with it comes the hurt once again. Just maybe it seems too wrong for you to be thinking of being so dispossessed of the body, though in the abdication that's what followed when absence arose. Then again, our God seems to have given life in itself though perhaps not quite without his direction as the power of the reapers go in keeping things ordered. Consider too poor Adam having to take back his own place as the one who went from the house of the servant and into the next as the elder brother though sullen at best. Then too, there's the rebellious fallen having once been forgiven that's seen around muttering something of this bringing of clothes. Perhaps we'd do much better to trust God with the clothing so as and the dressing and feeding just as it was back in the garden when creation was simply of him though called into being.
