Begettings of Knowledge

Principles

The begettings of knowledge is and always has been as applied through the culture. In order to see the begettings like this you must first understand where it began to end up so in this form. There's formalized education for the children that began in a classroom with a teacher bent on having a say. These also had suffered through the same tortured things they passed down to the students. So the education went passed down through the years. At first, no vettings for teachers were formal besides just being someone with a rather popular opinion and some papers behind it to back up their school. That's how education developed in most civilized cultures as knowledge spread around through the world. Just as with the hospitals, education became streamlined with most of the students needing to learn the same types of things. This became particularly important in a global market for those who wished to have a say with some power or much less be able to continue keeping their people in health and in wealth with most everything needed. That's how education spread down through the ages with the medical field also being set up much the same way. In fact, education hasn't really changed much since the time of the ancients, where forums were set up in public for whoever wanted to listen much less to join in with their pet philosophies or private opinion. At the same time, those of other cultures have also retained this format of oral learning with some degree of success as seen in the retention which ideally is the whole point of this whole education system or is at least from what I've gathered. Retention is the keeping of someone's former opinion albeit at the time something a bit more than that is occurring. Rather it's a change marked in how you process information as well as how it's presented.

Methods

What a far cry it is now from what it should be with ideas organized for content and also for process. I mean, what good is your opinion on any particular sort of an issue if you don't know how to plainly articulate or say what you mean. I can refute it quite easily not because I've been educated somewhat. Perhaps more so than you or not, it doesn't matter that much. That's because knowledge must be based on what it contains which is where the content part of it occurs. You might know more on an issue than me simply because you've also lived it which is what your experience does for an issue. Plenty of people have valid contents without a whole lot of process backing it up. The process then is what helps organize the ideas into words. It's more too than just stating it simply but rather being able to relate it to you and to me through the rest of society's knowledge and framework opinions. These are specialized knowledges like math and some English or quite possibly a knowing of what goes on in the world. This discussion we're having right now is one such sort of example of this. Think of these as what's needed to get higher education like in the medical field or even to hold down a job. Sure, on the job will always provide these with additional training required to fill the position or the office with staff. What it will not do however, is retrain the employees right from the beginning due to society having a certain set of expectations of having known everything right from the start. The same goes for those who are say certain caregivers. By this point in their life, they're expected to put together the content and process into a single united opinion. From there, these will be used in individual building blocks of society to fill up the roles. It's a shame that society suffers from such a disorder of process as this. At the same time poverty of thought also appears where nothing new or original is seen which leads to the student being taken captive by much the same system.

Tools

In fact you could almost call it disordered at best due to the rethinking of these different sets of these sort of opinions. This rethinking occurs with each repetition of the education system and echoes all throughout society into the lives of the patients through whom the care flows. It's almost like coaching your patient at each medical appointment to just take a pill as though some daily stretches would help to convince their opinion. If it were this easy, there'd be almost no need for a doctor anymore and all would be cured but then the patients themselves seem to suffer a division of sorts. These don't agree with their providers about what's best for their health but of course. This much is clear from what's been taken or not half hardly as well as that I suppose if the current condition anything besides the medications not being as good for the body as originally supposed. To say that though requires a certain degree of medical training or expert opinion from which you'll need information from science and biology and quite possibly also an advanced stint in the pharmacy department about what's currently good for the health. This rethinking is desperately needed which is far more than just being able to tell the person with any degree of certainty what they're taking just now at the moment. Now before you go getting all sorts of upset, consider that you'll need to process more than just the actual things stated and beyond that what society's opinion still is on the issue. All these play an active role in the education system regardless of your recognition of that fact. Perhaps as some healthcare professionals have suggested I solicit your teaching this information back to me. It's termed officially as a teachback besides being in practice not much more than that. The purpose of these is testing your learning comprehension or how well you process information regardless of any content-forming ability.

Performance Measures

Just so I am sure you don't wish to be a silent recipient in the endless stream of information parroted much like the same bird. That's why it's better to rethink the how of information or just the method used to present it and such before it's desperately needed from a social opinion. Then there's also the separate matter of content which is what is asked for during exams or in more practical application periods. In healthcare these translate outside the  medical practice where initial contact with the learning process begins. In practice, the receiver of care can synthesize learning in some way that affects the daily practice of care besides simply being those that encounter the system during times of a crisis. Which for the record, these more and more frequently occur for most people due to the fact that these are not actively in charge of their health. The same thing is seen on the learning exams for the students in which retention ability finally is tested. Though as you might argue, it's really not the same sort of a thing as those encountering their latest medical appointment. Thus, I respectfully would have to differ as no peace on the issues we find. Doing so opens the door for the argument that perhaps the way these issues are currently treated is somehow wrong in and of itself which makes sense or at least it should really. Since large deficits are noted on collective measures of national testing in most civilized nations, perhaps the issue isn't the how but rather the why and the where I suppose. For instance, a patient presents to the doctor's office for some testing or really anything else, it doesn't matter what. The conversation will go something like this as the doctor tries to assess the patient's current medical knowledge and somewhat level of function. In fact, you may not know this just yet but assessing is the primary way of determining information that has spread beyond just a knowledge in form.

Standards

Technically speaking I'd like for the assessment to appear in the same form that the knowledge was given. That way, practical assignments such as ascribing your pills to what symptoms demonstrates a somewhat different sort of physical knowledge. That's why I find it better if the recipient of care can hold their own in argument with me somewhat and win. This shows that learning outside the box in this form can do much in the current setting of holding it's own. Thus, the information has been retained and also assimilated of course. On it's own this type of knowledge is known as putting together much as the patient did when properly identifying their pills. Even more so than that is being able to tell why these are taken and what if any affects from these will occur if the current burden of care keeps on accurately going. At surface level assimilation isn't anything much. When put together with retention though it makes a pretty powerful force to be reckoned with that much for sure. Basically retention is being able do more than just a sort of try to remember. It's an ability to pull information out from the surface when it's actually needed and it's not just any sort of knowledge of course. It's something learned that accurately pertains to the process sort of as does a builder in the course of the work. I mean, when was the last time you saw one of those hemming and hawing at business or even at whatever issues were found in the labor. Certainly the doctors don't when it comes to the persons neither do the rest of the medical professionals no matter how much a condition is puzzling at first. I mean, all sorts of issues are found in the business of being successful, though with some learning of course put together for sure come all things remembered in the house with it's own sort of reward. Sure, you might not think that faith has anything to do with it at the moment though when we're done you'll have to admit it's a pretty important crux of the matter. For this issue then you'll need a much better way of presenting along with a much more powerful focus of care.
